We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Specialist to join our team at Freedom Mobile. As a Retail Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience, promoting our products and services, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized solutions to meet their expectations.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on our latest products and services, and be able to effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.
- Sales and Service: Meet or exceed sales targets, provide excellent customer service, and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to achieve sales goals, share knowledge and best practices, and contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
- Product Knowledge: Strong knowledge of our products and services, with the ability to stay up-to-date on new releases and features.
- Sales and Service Skills: Proven sales and customer service skills, with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Teamwork and Adaptability: Ability to work effectively in a team environment, adapt to changing circumstances, and prioritize tasks to meet sales and customer service goals.
