About the Role

The Highlander Inn is seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to fill the position of Housekeeping Supervisor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our facility, providing exceptional service to our guests, and contributing to the overall success of our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the work of cleaning staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations
  • Inspect facilities to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards
  • Recommend and arrange for additional services as needed, such as painting, repairs, or equipment replacement
  • Hire and train new cleaning staff
  • Prepare budgets and financial reports
  • Perform cleaning duties as needed

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role is an asset
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Mature attitude, professional work ethic, and strong work habits
  • Dependability and ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and coordinate multiple projects
