Job Title: Regional Associate Inside Sales

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Associate Inside Sales to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities through sales calls, emails, and digital interactions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of financial markets, products, and services.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting sales targets and deadlines.
