Key Responsibilities- Drive business growth with new and existing clients through strategic account management and sales efforts.
- Develop and execute a personal sales strategy to meet corporate business goals, including identifying target accounts, developing prospects, and closing deals.
- Lead proposal development with support from our team of solution engineers, finance, energy markets, technology, and other professionals to deliver valuable business solutions for our customers.
- Provide input and guidance on the development of new solutions and services to meet the evolving needs of our customers.
- Establish and maintain strategic partnerships to increase sales and broaden service offerings.
- Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers from the C-suite to project engineers to ensure successful project execution.
- College/university degree in an engineering or electrical/technical field.
- 3-10 years of experience in a hunter sales role, with a strong background in power project development, operations, market dispatch, or related fields.
- Strong technical knowledge of battery energy storage, solar, and microgrid systems.
- Excellent communication, lead generation, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
- Self-motivated, coachable, and curious, with a passion for delivering exceptional results.
- Proficiency with MS 365 Suite, Salesforce, and other related business applications.
- Ability to travel within North America as required.
