About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Metal Fabricator to join our team at GEMCO WOODKRAFTS LTD. As a Metal Fabricator, you will be responsible for assembling and fitting metal plates and sections to form structures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lay out reference points and patterns to ensure accurate fabrication
  • Assemble and fit metal plates and sections to form structures, using welding or bolting techniques
  • Set up and operate heavy-duty metal-working machines to fabricate metal components
  • Construct patterns and templates to guide fabrication processes
  • Install fabricated components in final products, ensuring quality and precision
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in metal fabrication
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control skills
Working Conditions
  • 40 hours per week
  • English language proficiency
