About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Authentic Cuisine of India Ltd. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our staff are motivated and productive.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management
    • Monitor revenues to determine labour costs and make informed decisions to optimize profitability.
    • Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms.
  • Staff Management
    • Supervise staff and provide guidance and support to ensure they are meeting their performance targets.
    • Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to staff.
  • Customer Service
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Operations Management
    • Plan and organize daily operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and supply chain management.
    • Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
  • Event Management
    • Manage events and functions, including weddings, corporate events, and other special occasions.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
    • Work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
    • Physically demanding, requiring standing for extended periods.
    • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
