Restaurant Assistant Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at KFC/Taco Bell/Pizza Hut. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of dedicated employees.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations, including customer service, food quality, and inventory management.
  • Lead a team of employees, providing guidance, training, and feedback to ensure excellent service and high-quality food.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and security in the restaurant.
  • Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient operations and minimize waste.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance employee engagement.
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a restaurant or food service environment.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
