About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team at NGEN Communications. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems, transferring data between software, and verifying the accuracy and completeness of data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter data according to specified format
  • Transfer data between software
  • Verify accuracy and completeness of data
  • Store, update and maintain databases
  • Perform general office duties
  • Invoice clients

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
  • Or equivalent experience

Work Setting:

  • Private sector

Computer and Technology Knowledge:

  • Quick Books
  • MS Excel

Area of Specialization:

  • Invoices

Transportation/Travel Information:

  • Public transportation is available
