Restaurant Operations Manager

Shelby's Shawarma is seeking a skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food preparation and service staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Ensure that our food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers.
- Prepare and submit reports on sales, customer feedback, and staff performance.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Collaborate with our management team to develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase sales.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service establishment, or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
