Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources professional to join our team as a Director of Human Resources. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping and implementing our organizational culture, vision, and strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Strategic HR Leadership: Provide strategic guidance and support to our leadership team to achieve our organizational goals and objectives.
  2. HR Operations: Oversee the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
  3. Talent Management: Develop and implement effective talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
  4. Employee Engagement: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee engagement, motivation, and well-being.
  5. Change Management: Lead and support organizational change initiatives to drive business growth and improvement.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Progressive HR experience, preferably in a non-profit organization.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to build relationships quickly and effectively.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
  • Strong project management, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bilingual French/English skills are an asset.
