Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Harnois Energies. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Sales and Merchandising: Analyze sales data, identify trends, and make informed decisions to optimize product placement and promotions.
- Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, manage stockroom operations, and ensure accurate inventory reporting.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales associates, providing guidance, training, and feedback to ensure excellent performance.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations to management.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
- Work Setting: Retail service establishment, gas bar
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work under pressure, handling heavy loads, attention to detail
- Personal Suitability: Accurate, client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, organized, reliability, team player, dependability, initiative, judgement, ability to multitask
