Assistant Store Manager

N&M Produce Ltd. is seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team.
Job Summary:The Assistant Store Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our retail store, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining a high level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Staff Management: Supervise and train a team of 5-10 staff members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and maintaining accurate records.
- Customer Service: Ensure a high level of customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Store Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Experience: Will train.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
