Assistant Store Manager

Key Responsibilities:
\u2022 Drive sales growth through effective sales forecasting, budget management, and market analysis
\u2022 Lead a team of associates to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth
\u2022 Oversee store operations, including merchandise presentation, pricing, and store standards
\u2022 Implement new store programs and evaluate their effectiveness
\u2022 Execute and monitor asset protection and safety controls
\u2022 Serve customers as an ambassador for the store and resolve customer complaints and issues
Requirements:
\u2022 2+ years of retail management experience
\u2022 Strong leadership and communication skills
\u2022 Ability to analyze sales data and market trends
\u2022 Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
