Position Description

TSG STAFFING SERVICES is currently hiring a Construction Site Supervisor for an Operating Plant environment in the Fort Saskatchewan area. This role requires a high level of expertise in construction supervision, with a focus on ensuring safe and efficient execution of field scope work.

Key Duties:
  • Develop and implement safe job plans to minimize delays and progressing key work activities.
  • Manage assigned contractor supervision on project tasks and maintain daily communications with contractor foremen and general foremen.
  • Coordinate activities of trade-related contract workforce and assist in development of contractor and owner skills.

Essential Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 10 years of multi-disciplinary construction supervision experience.
  • A degree in piping, mechanical, or electrical engineering.
  • Excellent organizational, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated commitment to Health, Safety & Environment.
