At OCL Group Inc., we're seeking an experienced Civil Foreman to oversee early civil construction activities, ensuring project specifications and timelines are met. The ideal candidate will lead a team of heavy equipment operators and ground crews on a live plant site.
About the Role- Supervise and coordinate construction activities to ensure project specifications and timelines are followed.
- Provide guidance and support to crews to ensure work is performed safely and efficiently.
- Communicate with the team through daily toolbox meetings.
This position requires a minimum of 5+ years of civil earthworks experience, with 3+ years of supervisory experience preferred. Proven experience in operating heavy equipment, knowledge of mass excavation, grading, drainage, and undergrounds, and relevant tickets (GD2, H2S Alive, WHMIS, CSTS-2020) are essential.
