Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a visual merchandising strategy that aligns with our business objectives
  • Manage a team of Field Visual Merchandisers, providing training, support, and guidance to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
  • Work closely with our trading, commercial, and retail teams to ensure alignment and effective communication
  • Identify opportunities to improve visual merchandising practices and implement changes to drive business results
  • Collaborate with our store design and store opening teams to ensure a consistent look and feel across our stores
