Licensed Practical Nurse

At Northern Health Authority, we are seeking a motivated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team in Primary Care. The successful candidate will have a passion for nursing and a dedication to delivering compassionate patient care.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide clinical follow-up according to the person's primary Care Plan and the person's personal goals of care.
• Perform assessments, plans, and implements and provides personal and nursing care to people.
• Administer oral, subcutaneous and intramuscular medications in accordance with pharmaceutical and organizational policies and procedures.
Requirements
• Graduation from a recognized program for Practical Nurses with one (1) year of recent, related experience; or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Registration with BC College of Nurses and Midwives as a practicing LPN registrant (BCCNM).
• Current, valid BC Driver's License.
