Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Northern Health Authority. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide compassionate and individualized patient care in accordance with the standards of practice and scope of nursing
* Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
* Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective care plans
* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and other healthcare professionals
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and reports

Requirements

* Registration with BC College of Nurses and Midwives as a practicing LPN registrant
* One year of recent, related acute care or residential experience
* Demonstrated knowledge and skills within a specific clinical specialty or patient population
* Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively with others
