Proficiency in programs such as SPINII, ETS, Abadata, SharePoint, Pandell Projects, Microsoft Office suite, GeoAmps, OneStop, and EDS will also be beneficial.

About the Role
  • This position involves regular communication with the Analyst Team, Team Lead, Project Coordinator, and Management while ensuring timelines are met and files are accurate.
  • The Land Analyst will be responsible for preparing accurate documentation of freehold acquisition documents, completing final packages for acquisitions and third-party programs, and preparing applications for disposition approvals and renewals.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work under tight deadlines and utilize your strong organizational and communication skills to ensure effective collaboration with the land analyst team.

Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
