Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Advisor to join our dynamic team at YOVU Office Phone. As a Technical Support Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our customers, utilizing your technical expertise and problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues.
Key Responsibilities- Provide first-level technical support to customers via email, ticketing, and phone calls
- Assist in monitoring alerts and reacting where necessary
- Log incoming requests and escalate to team members
- Keep documentation up to date, including external knowledge base and asset details
- Provide assistance in onboarding new customers and other moves adds or changes
- Be involved in rotating after-hours on-call support
- Post-secondary education in IT or a related field
- Hands-on experience in IT helpdesk, computer repair, incident management, or building systems from scratch
- Methodical and analytical problem-solving skills
- Strong technical knowledge, including PC and mobile device troubleshooting, networking basics, and advanced skills
- Excellent customer interaction skills, with a passion for delivering high-quality experiences
- Strong team player with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and consistent contributions
- Industry insight, with a solid understanding of connectivity, hardware, and peripherals
- Bilingual in English and French (an asset)
