Job Title: Site Manager, Transitional Housing

At E4C, we are committed to providing supportive housing programs that empower individuals to achieve stability, recovery, and a better life. As a Site Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our Transitional Housing program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage program operations, including planning, coordination, and implementation of services to achieve program goals and outcomes.
  • Work in partnership with the Program Manager to ensure smooth operations and effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Recruit and manage personnel, including staff supervision, performance evaluation, and training.
  • Coordinate program information, including client and staff data, reports, and communication with stakeholders.
  • Ensure implementation of leading practices and safety protocols, including risk management and crisis intervention.
  • Engage with community stakeholders to represent, discuss, and establish collaborations, partnerships, or other services to improve services to participants.
  • Oversee facility management, including maintenance, repairs, and upkeep.
Leadership and Support:
  • Support staff in their roles, including performance observation, recognition, feedback, and documentation.
  • Review care plans and life skills goals with the multidisciplinary team to ensure programming reflects the needs and diversity of participants.
  • Provide leadership alongside the clinical team to ensure successful transition of residents.
  • Maintain standards of practice for the house, including harm reduction, natural law, behavior modification, trauma-informed, and person-centered practice.
Requirements:
  • Degree or diploma in human services, education, or administration.
  • Police Check with Vulnerable Sector.
  • Child Intervention Record Check.
  • First Aid and CPR.
  • Medication Administration.
  • Suicide Intervention.
  • Food Safety.
  • Valid Class 5 Driver's License.
  • Proof of vehicle insurance, registration, and 3-year driver's abstract.
