Job Title: Floor Technician

ServiceMaster Clean of Moncton is seeking a skilled Floor Technician to join our team. As a Floor Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of various types of flooring in commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strip and wax, scrub and wax floors
  • Burnishing and spray buffing
  • Maintaining flooring knowledge, including ceramic, vinyl, laminate, marmoleum, and granite
  • Carpet cleaning and upholstery
  • Operating machines such as Roto, Auto Scrubber, Burnisher, and Carpet Extractors
Additional Duties:
  • As needed, perform commercial property cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and washing floors, dusting furniture, and cleaning and disinfecting kitchen fixtures and appliances
  • Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures, clean and disinfect elevators, handle and report lost and found items, provide basic information on facilities, handle complaints, pick up debris and empty trash containers, wash windows, walls, and ceilings
  • Complete special projects as requested by customers
  • Follow all safety and personnel rules, policies, and regulations
