About the Role
At BGIS, we are seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on non-technical facility components, including walls, floors, and other systems.
- Assist in the implementation of preventative maintenance programs to identify and address deficiencies.
- Respond to service requests and perform corrective maintenance as needed.
- Monitor and inspect facility systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in facility operations and maintenance.
- Knowledge of processes and practices related to facility operations and maintenance.
- Ability to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair non-technical facility components.
- Strong client-service orientation and effective communication skills.
