Job Title: Construction Cleaner

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Construction Cleaner to join our team at Simple Touch Building Maintenance Ltd. As a Construction Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working environment for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sweep, mop, scrub, and wax hallways, floors, and stairs
  • Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris, and other refuse
  • Empty trash cans and other waste containers
  • Wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings
  • Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies
  • Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures
Requirements:
  • First Aid Certificate
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Repetitive tasks
  • Handling heavy loads
  • Physically demanding
  • Bending, crouching, kneeling
  • Up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
Work Environment:

This is an on-the-road job, and you will be required to work in various locations, including apartment/condominium complexes, office buildings, residential areas, and construction sites.
