Position Overview

As a Construction Site Cleaner at Simple Touch Building Maintenance Ltd, you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across various work environments. Your efforts will ensure that our sites are safe and presentable for both workers and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform thorough cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, and scrubbing floors and hallways.
  • Utilize industrial vacuum cleaners to effectively remove debris and refuse.
  • Manage waste disposal by emptying trash receptacles and other containers.
  • Wash and maintain windows, walls, and ceilings to ensure a clean appearance.
  • Assist in moving heavy furniture and equipment as needed.
  • Disinfect bathrooms and fixtures to uphold sanitation standards.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision.
Qualifications
  • First Aid Certificate is preferred.
Equipment Used
  • Industrial vacuum cleaners and power sweepers.
  • Equipment for swimming pool maintenance and cleaning.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle repetitive tasks.
  • Capable of lifting heavy loads (up to 23 kg or 50 lbs).
  • Physically demanding role requiring bending, crouching, and kneeling.
