Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Logistics Operations Manager to oversee shipping, receiving, and warehousing functions at our facility. As a key member of our Materials team, you will play a crucial role in managing company inventory, ensuring accurate and timely shipments, and collaborating with production and materials teams to meet quality, production, and safety standards.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead shipping and receiving teams across two shifts, ensuring efficient and organized operations
  • Manage international shipment paperwork, processing, and coordination with suppliers and customers
  • Maintain accurate shipping/receiving documentation and records
  • Oversee lift truck inspections and ensure safe operations
  • Conduct regular inventory checks, resolve discrepancies, and implement corrective actions
  • Collaborate with departments to resolve shipping/receiving issues and improve processes
Requirements:
  • College or Technical Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in logistics operations, preferably in an automotive setting
  • Proven supervisory and training experience
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational, time management, and attention-to-detail skills
What We Offer:

Our company offers a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide opportunities for professional growth, continuous training, and a dynamic work environment.
