Zortech Solutions is seeking a highly skilled **Senior Technology Architect** to lead our Salesforce development team. As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our Salesforce applications.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • **Technical Leadership**: Provide technical guidance and leadership to the Salesforce development team, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • **Solution Design**: Design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient Salesforce solutions that meet the business requirements of Zortech Solutions.
  • **Development**: Develop and maintain Salesforce applications, including custom objects, custom labels, custom fields, picklists, page layouts, workflow alerts & actions, validation rules, approval processes, flows, process builders, custom tabs, custom reports, record types, report folders, Visualforce pages, custom settings, and dashboards.
  • **Data Migration**: Manage and design the data migration strategy into Salesforce from multiple sources, integrating data from external sources.
  • **Bug Fixing**: Fix bugs for reported issues and ensure that all Salesforce applications are stable and performant.
  • **Documentation**: Maintain ongoing documentation throughout the development process, ensuring that all technical documentation is up-to-date and accurate.
  • **Technical Expertise**: Possess strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM Content (Files, Chatter, and Content Libraries), Lightning Components, events, helpers, Lightning Schema Builder, Lightning App Builder, and Aura attributes.
  • **Security**: Have good knowledge of sharing rules, user access privileges, and field-level security.
  • **Apex Development**: Proficient in writing Apex code and test classes.
  • **Service Cloud**: Knowledge of Service Cloud and understanding of Salesforce data model/architecture to assist in designing business applications.
