Key Responsibilities
  • Shop Operations

  • Technician Supervision

Requirements
  • Education
    • Post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field, such as business administration or mechanical engineering.
  • Experience
    • Four years of experience in a supervisory or management role in a service-oriented industry.
    • Previous experience in a heavy equipment repair or maintenance environment is an asset.
  • Skills
    • Strong leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other business software.
