About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Supervisor to join our team at Intelcom - Dragonfly. As an Operations Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless running of our delivery business day-to-day.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize your exceptional communication and leadership skills to manage employees and Independent Delivery Contractors, ensuring on-time deliveries and outstanding customer experience.
  • Manage undelivered packages, complete daily reports, and participate in the development of procedures and working methods.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and promote safe work methods and behaviors.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and delivery performance.
