Job Title: Retail Merchandiser

G-P Distributing inc is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Retail Merchandiser to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Retail Merchandiser to assist in the arrangement of products according to planograms, establish and maintain contact with suppliers, and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced environment and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Arrange products according to planograms to ensure visual appeal and maximize sales
  • Establish and maintain contact with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer interactions
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and improve customer engagement
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of experience in retail sales or merchandising
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of database software
