Présentation du rôle

Nous recherchons un Senior Associate pour rejoindre notre équipe de comptabilité de fonds à State Street. En tant que membre de notre équipe, vous serez responsable de la préparation, de l'analyse et de la production de rapports sur les données de rendement des placements et des fonds pour les fonds immobiliers mondiaux et les entités affiliées.

Responsabilités principales
  • Maintenir à jour le grand livre pour diverses entités de fonds
  • Préparer des documents de travail à l'appui pour les états financiers, les calendriers des portefeuilles et les répartitions des comptes de capital
  • Effectuer un examen analytique des données mensuelles/trimestrielles sur le rendement des placements et des fonds
  • Examiner ou préparer les capitaux appelés, les distributions et les rapprochements bancaires
  • Préparer et gérer les calculs des frais de gestion, annuels et incitatifs
  • Préparer diverses correspondances avec les clients
  • Calculer les dispositions en cascade et affectations de comptes de capital
  • Projets spéciaux sur demande
Compétences et qualifications requises
  • Expérience en comptabilité de fonds ou en comptabilité publique
  • Expérience dans la direction de communications verbales et écrites en anglais à des niveaux supérieurs avec des clients internes et externes
  • Excellentes aptitudes pour l'administration et l'organisation, et capacité éprouvée de mener plusieurs tâches à la fois et de travailler efficacement pour respecter les livrables des clients
