As an Account Executive, you'll generate sales with new and existing clients, focusing on products like Propertybase GO CRM, LionDesk CRM, and Cloud CMA. The ideal candidate has a drive to exceed sales quotas and hit accelerators. You'll own relationships with major real estate brands and internal stakeholders. To succeed, you must be detail-oriented and motivated.

As an Account Executive, You'll:

  • Actively develop opportunities and master basic skills like discovery, demonstrating value, and closing deals.
  • Manage sales activities, including calls, web meetings, and email communication.
  • Have an inquisitive mindset and learn through questioning.
  • Actively research, develop, and perform detailed remote product demonstrations.
  • Regularly communicate your activity and provide feedback on personal performance challenges and opportunities.
  • Participate in group and one-on-one coaching sessions to hone your skills.
  • Build relationships cross-functionally with team members across the entire sales organization.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or equivalent experience required.
  • Minimum of one year related experience in software sales or a relevant role in the real estate industry.
  • Superior computer skills and proficiency with CRMs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes.
  • Impeccable time management and priority setting skills.
  • Possesses excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Demonstrable capabilities and value of software products in virtual settings and in person.
