    • Coordinate the movement of vehicles and personnel to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
    • Monitor and manage the workload of our drivers and dispatchers to optimize efficiency and productivity.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Manage and maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance, fuel consumption, and other operational metrics.
    • Process and verify time sheets, payroll, and other summaries to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Communication and Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
    • Communicate effectively with drivers, dispatchers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and execution of transportation services.
  • Regulatory Compliance
    • Stay up-to-date with cross-border dispatching regulations and practices to ensure compliance and minimize risks.
    • Ensure that all drivers and dispatchers are aware of and adhere to highway trucking rules and regulations.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficiency in dispatch management service software and monitoring and tracking software.
