Salary Information$120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:- Support corporate ESG & Product Regulatory Compliance roadmap by monitoring, interpreting, and advising on ESG and Product Material Compliance related regulations that impact the Hitachi Energy business in general and its product portfolio.
- Prioritize requirements, advise consequences, enable risk management, and align local or regional approaches with global processes and requirements.
- Drive compliance-related projects cross-functionally, embed compliance, recording, and declarations into existing processes and tools, and support the establishment of new or improvement of existing processes for ESG Regulatory and Product Material Compliance.
- J.D. from an American Bar Association accredited law school and bar admission in a U.S. State Bar, with a minimum of 8-10 years' experience with ESG regulations with a focus on environmental regulations.
- Workable knowledge in Chemistry, Materials, or Engineering.
- Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States.
Main Responsibilities: Ensure the implementation of corporate regulations and standards for ESG Regulatory and Product Material Compliance in NAM, Education & knowledge sharing, Living core values of safety and integrity.
