We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team at METRO EXPRESS LTD. As an Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team members, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
- Carry out administrative activities, including coordinating office services and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
- Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
Requirements:
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Efficient interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
Working Conditions:
- Fast-paced environment with a focus on attention to detail.
Language: English
Hours of Work: 32 to 40 hours per week
