Requirements and Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience delivering top-notch customer service is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to sell services or products, with 0-1 year of sales experience being an asset.
  • Previous work history in a call center setting is highly valued, with a focus on providing excellent customer experiences.
  • Possess outstanding written and verbal communication skills, ensuring seamless interactions with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Show genuine passion for education, technology, and General Assembly's mission, driving your commitment to empower students.
  • Excel in organizational tasks, displaying attention to detail and strong work ethic.
  • Embody relevant competencies such as Customer Focus, Action Oriented, Ensures Accountability, Interpersonal Savvy, Communicates Effectively, Manages Ambiguity, and Adherence to schedule.

Location and Salary

We are based in the United States of America (states of operation may vary), Canada (provinces of operation may vary), United Kingdom, Australia, and Singapore. The estimated salary range for this role is $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
