Restaurant Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of Mama Mia Italian Kitchen. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

About You
  • You have 1-2 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a high-volume establishment like ours.
  • You possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff members.
  • You are physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. This is a full-time position, working 35-40 hours per week, with a permanent contract.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Staff Management: Lead and motivate our team to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets.
  2. Operational Efficiency: Plan and organize daily operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and supplier negotiations.
  3. Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns promptly and professionally.
  4. Performance Monitoring: Monitor staff performance and provide constructive feedback to improve overall performance.
