Executive Culinary Director

Avenue Global Services Ltd is seeking an experienced Executive Culinary Director to lead our culinary team.
About the Role- We offer a competitive salary of $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
The successful candidate will have a passion for creating exceptional dining experiences and a proven track record in menu planning and food preparation. They will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of menus, managing kitchen operations, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and service.
Key Responsibilities- Menu Planning and Development: Plan and develop menus that meet the highest standards of quality and appeal to a diverse range of customers.
- Kitchen Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, including staff supervision, inventory management, and equipment maintenance.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all food products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with other departments, including sales, marketing, and event planning, to ensure seamless execution of events and services.
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality, culinary arts, or related field;
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a head chef or executive chef in a high-volume restaurant or catering environment;
- Strong knowledge of menu planning, food safety, and kitchen operations;
- Excellent leadership and communication skills;
- Certified Cook Trade Certification (or equivalent).
