Job Title: Certified Personal Support Worker for Home Care

About the Role:

We are seeking a certified Personal Support Worker (PSW) to provide high-quality care to our clients in their homes. As a PSW, you will assist with daily living activities, such as personal hygiene, incontinence care, and mobility assistance.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including personal hygiene, incontinence care, and mobility assistance.
  • Assist with instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs), including laundry, light housekeeping, and meal preparation.
  • Observe and report changes in client conditions.
  • Provide companionship, social, and emotional support.
  • Accompany clients on errands and to appointments.

Requirements:

  • Canadian PSW certificate.
  • A clear enhanced police record check.
  • Able to acquire a valid CPR/BLS certificate.
  • Able to complete WHMIS training.
  • Reliable transportation.
