- Education: Post-secondary education in finance, accounting, or a related field, with a CPA/CA designation.
- Experience: 7+ years of progressive financial reporting leadership experience in a high-growth, public company with international operations, or from an accounting firm.
- Skills: Strong technical accounting knowledge (IFRS), exceptional communication and analytical skills, ability to effectively manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain high attention to detail.
