Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of retail staff to achieve sales and customer service goals.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the gas bar, including cash handling, inventory management, and customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with the Gas Bar Manager to achieve business objectives and implement company policies.
  • Ensure a safe and healthy work environment for employees and customers.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Gas Bar Clerk with Saskatoon Co-op, with at least one year of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Minimum Grade 12 diploma or equivalent education.
  • Proven leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer experiences.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
