Job Title: PT Gas Bar Clerk

At Federated Co-operatives Limited, we are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a PT Gas Bar Clerk.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.
  • Operate the till and perform daily reconciliations and reports with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Assist with ordering, receiving, pricing, and displaying merchandise as required.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards.
  • Supervise and train staff in the general operation of the location, under the direction of the Station Manager.
  • Perform opening and closing procedures, ensuring a smooth transition of duties.
Requirements:
  • Strong service orientation and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Well-organized and able to attain a high level of production with minimal supervision.
  • Knowledge and experience in the merchandise handled by the department, to operate efficiently and effectively.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
