Job Description
The Clinical Research Associate will be responsible for monitoring activities at clinical study sites, reviewing regulatory documents, and preparing site visit reports. This role requires strong knowledge of Good Clinical Practices (GCPs), SOPs, and study protocols. The CRA will work closely with management to develop a monitoring strategy and participate in study development, start-up, and close-out process.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Experience in clinical monitoring, preferably with a pharmaceutical or biotechnology company
- Strong knowledge of GCPs, SOPs, and study protocols
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in MS Office and computer literacy
