About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to join our team at 10688436 Canada Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to drive business growth and success.
  • Resource Allocation: Effectively allocate human, financial, and material resources to achieve business objectives.
  • Leadership: Select and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff to ensure the organization's continued success.
  • Communication: Represent the organization in negotiations and other official functions, and delegate representatives as needed.
  • Operational Management: Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate and approve promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resources planning.
  • Performance Management: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs to drive business performance.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years
  • Skills: Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal awareness, and team player skills.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Access, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Windows.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, with tight deadlines, and with a large workload.
