Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at PLANET PROPERTY MANAGEMENT & CONSTRUCTION LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for allocating resources, establishing departments, and coordinating work across regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs
  • Authorize and establish senior staff positions
  • Coordinate work across regions, divisions, or departments
  • Establish financial and administrative controls
  • Represent the organization in official functions

Requirements:

  • College/CEGEP education
  • 1-2 years of experience
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment

Working Conditions:

  • 35 hours per week
