Job Title: Business Development Officer

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Business Development Officer to join our team at PLANET PROPERTY MANAGEMENT & CONSTRUCTION LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing business strategies to drive growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop Policies: Create and implement policies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Plan Development Projects: Develop and execute plans for business development projects, ensuring timely completion and effective results.
  • Recruit and Hire Staff: Identify and recruit top talent to join our team, ensuring the right skills and experience are in place to drive business growth.
  • Respond to Enquiries: Respond to enquiries from members of the business community, providing expert advice and guidance on development opportunities.
  • Conduct Research: Conduct comparative research on marketing strategies for industrial and commercial products, identifying best practices and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare Reports: Prepare reports, research papers, educational texts, and articles on business development topics, showcasing expertise and thought leadership.
  • Design and Conduct Research: Design, conduct, and analyze quantitative and qualitative research projects to inform business development strategies.
  • Develop Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote business growth and expansion.
  • Develop Business Plans: Develop and implement business plans that align with the company's goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in business development or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a strong understanding of business development principles and practices.

  • 35 hours per week: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
