Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Registration Clerk to join our team at AutoTrader. As a key member of our Registry department, you will be responsible for processing client requests and performing various administrative tasks.
Compensation
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of $62,000 per annum, based on experience, as well as an annual bonus structure. Additionally, we offer 3% matching towards your pension and multiple forms of income protection.
Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Maintaining accurate records and processing transactions within service level agreements and benchmarked processing turnaround times.
- Ensuring queues are processed in priority sequence and that all processes and procedures are followed.
- Performing daily tasks and duties adhering to processing standards while maintaining accuracy.
- Providing exceptional customer service and responding to clients in a professional manner.
- Assisting coworkers and clients as required, escalating issues and identifying efficiencies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- Post-secondary education.
- Strong attention to detail with an accurate typing speed of 40wpm.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task, problem-solve, research, and follow instructions.
- Demonstrated ability to exercise analytical and judgment skills required in dealing with moderately complex procedures.
- Ability to perform under pressure, handling operational changes, high volumes, and tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of Provincial Real Property search, Provincial Corporate and Bank Act Services, and relevant Provincial websites.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, performance-based environment is an asset.
