Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Night Shift Site Superintendent to manage tenant improvement projects with budgets ranging from $1M to $15M in Vancouver and the Lower Mainland.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate day-to-day activities on site and ensure smooth project execution from start to finish.
  • Manage subtrades and suppliers, mitigating issues that may arise during the project.
  • Collaborate with the Project Management team to deliver high-quality results while managing schedule and budget.
  • Maintain positive relationships with architects, consultants, and clients through regular communication and issue management.
  • Utilize software such as Microsoft and Procore to manage labor, materials, equipment, cost coding, expense submittals, field reports, schedules, meeting minutes, and request for changes.
  • Monitor and manage project budget, minimizing costs through inventive methods and regular financial reporting.

Qualifications:
  • 5-10 years' experience in commercial construction, preferably as a Site Superintendent.
  • Construction knowledge: overall understanding of the construction process, sequencing, etc.
