Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a high-performing team to achieve business objectives and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase revenue.
  • Manage a medium to large-sized branch, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring compliance with bank policies and procedures.
  • Coach and develop colleagues to enhance their skills and capabilities, promoting a culture of risk management and control.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for TD, both internally and externally, promoting a positive image and reputation.
Requirements
  • Undergraduate degree and/or 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Branch Compliance Officer (BCO) course and/or IFIC or CSC certification.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and business results.
