Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated User Support Technician to join our team at Omni Logic Solutions, Inc.
Job Summary:The User Support Technician will provide technical assistance and support to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems, software, and hardware. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to user inquiries and provide technical assistance via phone, email, or in-person
- Consult user guides, technical manuals, and other documents to research and implement solutions
- Provide advice and training to users in response to identified difficulties
- Collect, organize, and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts
- Participate in the redesign of applications and other software
- Provide business systems, network, and Internet support to users in response to identified difficulties
The User Support Technician will work in a fast-paced consulting firm environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and support to users.
Requirements:- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a technical support role
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
